The Heights of Knoxville is located just across the Tennessee River from the University of Tennessee Knoxville. The neighborhood of South Knoxville is in a perfect location with accessibility to Knoxville proper, which is just North, Blount Area is to the South, and the Great Smokey Mountains and the Sevierville area to the west.

Our apartment complex is extremely close to  UT Knoxville, which allows students to easily drive, bike, or take the complementary shuttle we provide to campus! Our apartment community is also within a short commute to Knoxville using the James White Parkway or Chapman Highway. Our neighborhood is surrounded by Island Home Park to the northeast, Vestal to the west as well as Old Sevier to the north. The neighborhood sits close to three miles to the south of Downtown Knoxville.
