The Heights of Knoxville is a resident area for any UT student or average income earners or anyone at all looking for where excellent community facilities meet with affordability. For a relatively low price you have access to GYM,swimming pool, sport facilities, computer room,all at no further expense other than your basic rent. It is a quiet estate that makes for relaxation. The management staff are in standby to offer you quality service when you need them and just so much more.

I moved in in August and I cannot say enough great things about the place! I've been up to the clubhouse countless times and still can't get over the view. Plus, the maintenance team is really prompt with their responses, often even tending to my work order the hour after I submit it. If you're looking for an awesome community to live in at a super affordable rate, I would point your in their direction 10 times out of 10.

I love living at the heights!! I have met the sweetest roommates here. We love our spacious living room, kitchen, and balcony. We live in the four bedroom/two bath. The neighborhood here is awesome. So close to downtown and campus!

i have loved living here, it’s close enough to campus that i’m involved in activities, but far enough away to feel peaceful and secluded. the views are amazing and the staff is so helpful! i would recommended living here.

I love it here! So beautiful! The place is clean and the view is hard to beat. It took one visit and I was in love. The staff is always very nice. They are quick to respond and take care of any issues. The apartments are nice and spacious. I love living here in the 3 bedroom 3 bathroom model.

I have rented an apartment for my daughter Kali Cunningham and she has thoroughly enjoyed living there. We have never had any issues with anything in two years. The staff have always been helpful and friendly. Kali also works in the office and enjoys her job. I highly recommend the Heights!

The Heights is a great place to live, the rooms are perfect sized for a college student and it is not too far away from campus while giving you peace and quiet. My friend Jackson Harrison lives at The Heights and I always love visiting there.

For me price is important so that is why I chose the heights they had the best price out of the options I was looking at and I ended up really liked the 4 bedroom that I got with my friends. The common area was very spacious. The office staff was always really nice as well any time i needed something.

Great staff of people. Maintenance has been quick with any repairs! I love all of the amenities available and the cheap rates. They have been very accommodating during the pandemic to try and keep amenities and office open.

The Heights is the place to be! A great area to live as well as friendly neighbors and a beautiful view! My favourite things to do are swim in the pool and play on the basketball court!

Greatest decision of my life was moving here! I moved in last year and made so many friends while also becoming close with the management. My apartment is fully furnished with a fantastic price for the quality and the staff has helped me with any issues or questions I may have had! Highly recommend checking this place out and falling in love with all the beautiful views

I love living here. The view is awesome and the staff is always so helpful and willing to work with you. I love my 3 bedroom especially because I have my own space and a large closet.

The staff at The Heights is amazing. They go outta their way to be helpful and very polite.  We had the pleasure meeting Jackson Harrison, he was a toot notch employee and very helpful with my questions.

The Heights is a gorgeous place to live if you are attending the University of Tennessee. I love coming and visiting my son Jackson H. Because everything is always clean and pleasant.

This is a really great place to live! It’s not too far from school and it’s nice a quiet. The pool and hot tub is great and so is the view

Easy to talk to management and they are always very helpful. They respond quickly to maintenance requests and they are there for the residents. I have had a great experience at the Heights.

Friendly staff, great views and fun activities! Also, conveniently close to campus while remaining private at the same time. Rent is affordable and the maintenance staff is efficient and friendly.

I’ve only been here a couple days and I love it already. They are very sweet and understanding, especially in a time like this. I know they’re working so hard to make sure the apartment runs smoothly and it is!

The staff are always friendly and willing to answer questions and maintenance guys are fast and helpful! The staff are good about providing safe and fun community activities to participate in too!

I enjoy having access to all the amenities in the apartment at an affordable price. There has not been much of a problem since living here other than having trouble with internet access and figuring out the correct address since day one of move in. Overall, Heights of Knoxville is a great place for college students who are looking for affordable prices with all the necessities that are needed in a home.

Its a pretty good place to live. They have a lot of events in the office that provides dinner sometimes and various goodies. The maintenance staff and staff in general is very nice and prompt. The down sides is that the bus is pretty run down and the workout room is always warm. The views are great, and its pretty good for the price.

The Heights of Knoxville is a great place to leave at. The staff are nice and easy to talk to, there is a great view of downtown room the clubhouse, and the price is okay. The only downside is the 12 minute drive to campus

So far I’ve had a great experience living at The Heights. It is unlike any other apartment in Knoxville that I have seen. The amenities and balcony are a plus.

I love living at the Heights and have never had a problem. Everybody in the office/clubhouse are so inviting and helpful. Maintenance requests are always taken care of in a timely manner.

A really great bang for your buck. The staff is always responsive to my emails & maintenance has always been pleasant. The general appearance of the complex is clean and bright

The accommodations are great but the maintenance could be better! The apartments are super nice and spaced out well so you don’t have to worry about not having space from your roommates.

Everything has been good so far. My roommate is cool, maintenance comes to fix issues in a timely manner, and there’s plenty of parking even when I get home late.
